BELSACT 2020 WORKSHOP

From BELACT to BELSACT

27th of March at UCB Pharma (Braine L’Alleud)

BELACT is a community created in 1992 by P. Dewaele, L. Fabry, D. Malarme, A. Miller and J. Werenne around Animal Cell Technologies (ACT) in Belgium. The group is interested by the whole chain of bioproduction with animal cells: cell lines/population characterization, bioprocess development, design of bioreactors, biomaterials, intensification, process modeling, tissue engineering, recombinant protein production etc. BELACT is no longer active since 2016 but there is still a need for Scientists (Young or with more Seniority) from Belgium and countries of close borders to be part of a community that support and encourage creativity, communication, innovative science and trust. Our ambition is to energize the association and bring Scientists together to promote scientific development in Belgium and its neighboring countries.

If you want to learn more about BELACT association and be part of this scientific adventure.

If you want to share your vision on how to create opportunities to promote collaboration between industries and universities, and create a strong local network of people and institutions.

If you just want to meet other ACT scientists around a drink and have fun ! Join our MOTIVATED core team to attend half day INTERACTIVE workshop in order to define together the FUTURE of the association.
